Everything we were looking for

from Indiana on 09/16/2015 – Verified Buyer

We have an 8 year old daughter whose bed was one of those 4 in 1 Crib, daybed, toddler bed & full size bed. We have a baby due in November. The 4 in 1 was a really expensive piece so rather get another 4 in 1 we would look into loft beds to give my daughter more room...Plus she had mentioned one to us before. Ordering was simple and painless. Payment was processed in a timely matter. The product itself was and is outstanding! This loft bed is very well designed and easy to assemble. I did it by myself in an hour and ten minutes stopping for a few minutes to eat dinner. Instructions were clear and obvious and the bed is more sturdy than I had anticipated. The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 was the local delivery service used. They only delivered to my area on Wednesdays. It was Thursday when they called to set up the delivery. So my package sat for a week 45 minutes away. They were supposed to call with a 4 hour window the day before and a call approximately one half hour before arriving at your door, which I did not receive. Had I not taken a half day off work and been at home myself I would have been calling a relative just down the road when I got the 30 minute call. I didn't get a call, I was on my land and the dogs alerted me so I went to the house and they were half way up the driveway carrying it by hand. Mind you this is a 150lb box. Very unprofessional. The gentlemen were very nice but lacked proper training in Ergonomics, Safety and Policy from their company. This was just a local delivery service so unless you are in my area, which you probably are not...You may not have this problem. So a Perfect score for the bed and a big thumbs down on the local delivery company.

Pros: Well built, Sturdy, Stylish, Easy to assemble and saves a "TON" of space
Cons: None for the product other than maybe add some more colors

Great looking, very functional, good value $$

from ORLANDO, FL on 11/18/2014 – Verified Buyer

Ordered the black for a tween room. Great looking bed & versatile with desk, shelves, built in memo board. Feels sturdy and comfortable but as other reviewers noted it wobbles/sways a bit. Not a safety concern just think there is a way for manufacturer to make more sturdy/less give. We get compliments on the look of this bed all the time. My daughter loves the versatility under the bed, where she has a "hang out" area and desk too. Great space saver. Full bed with regular 8" mattress feels sturdy and comfortable, nicer than metal bunk bed we previously owned.

Love it!

from Rescue, CA on 12/24/2014 – Verified Buyer

This was a gift for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas. She loves it and is so much better than expected...especially for the price. She wanted a fort type area underneath, so we got some colorful shower curtains and rings for the sides, which slides open and closed and it's SO cool! It's sturdy with plenty of room underneath for the desk area and a sitting area. She has so much more space in her room and is very happy :). Great buy!

13 year old daughter loves it!

from Saratoga Springs, NY on 07/25/2015 – Verified Buyer

So far, my 13 year-old daughter loves this bed. We ended up adding a 2" foam mattress to give the memory foam mattress (which was supposed to be 6" and is closer to 4.5" deep) a little extra support, because you could feel the bars through the mattress. We plan to get a tall/deep bookcase to put next to the bed so she can set items on the top that she wants to bring up and down and for an alarm clock. The only major problem we have had is finding sheets to fit the bed. All the sheets seem to be for both regular depth and deep pocket mattresses combined (i.e., they fit mattresses 9-18" deep) and are too big for a 6" (ish) mattress.

Pros: seems very durable
Cons: hard to find sheets, no place to put drinks or an alarm clock

Good product

from Nashville, TN on 10/23/2014 – Verified Buyer

I bought this bed for myself. I needed to conserve on space and this is efficient in that regard. The bed would be awesome if it hadn't taken nearly a month to get, it didn't arrive in a severely damaged box and have a few scratches, if the bolts were labeled the same as the manual (Not hard to figure out but the manual just puts a single number and gives a true one to one scale where the packing puts dimensions and not single number), and it was a bit more stable (but I'm 200 pounds). Otherwise, it's a cool space saver and I am happy with my purchase.

from Avenel, NJ on 02/18/2016 – Verified Buyer

My boyfriend and I live in a small room, so we're looking for ways to get more space to either do things or put things. The loft bed was easy to assemble, although it does require 2 people to make it easier. We actually finished just in time for bed. It was pretty sturdy, although if you're one of those people who does not like it when your bed shake, you're better off bracketing the bed into the wall. Overall, it's pretty good, and I think it'll last for a long time.

Fantastic Bed

from Portales, NM on 12/20/2015 – Verified Buyer

My daughter loves this bed. She is 14 and this was her early Christmas present. She is so happy that it gives her more room in her small bedroom. Be aware that there were a lot of pieces to it and putting it together took some time but we are very pleased.

EZ to assemble- TALL

from East Longmeadow, MA on 09/21/2014 – Verified Buyer

Putting together was very easy! The bed is VERY tall. Check your ceiling heights before you buy. Had a ceiling fan in the room that needed to go. Bed is very sturdy & desk is a great finishing touch for a tween!

Happy Camper!

from Westland, MI on 11/11/2015 – Verified Buyer

My daughter has been begging for a bunk bed for ages and we opted for a loft as a space saver. I'm so pleased with my purchase and she couldn't be happier.

Pros: Functional with two ladder access points. Large work station for computer and desk work.
Cons: My only disappointments are that it took like a month to be delivered and the customer service from the local shipping company was horrible and the bed could be a tad more sturdy.
