This desk is made from solid wood and is incredibly sturdy. Not to mention it is absolutely gorgeous! I got the lighter of the two offered colors and it is perfect. The top is white and legs are a teak color. It goes perfectly with my mid-century office and I am very happy with it. The drawer of the desk slides out nicely and has two latches on the inside that allow the front of the drawer to flap down and act as a shelf.
