simplehuman Rectangular Step Trash Can in Brushed Stainless Steel

I ordered the 50 litre wide-step rectangular can as I always used a 13 gallon. The Simplehuman holds so much more and easy to put trash in due to its sleek design. It is very durable with the exception of the lid which is flimsy but I am sure that is okey. The bags are very heavy, perfect fit and I have a supply on order. This can is exactly what I was looking for. Received in perfect condition as it was packed exceptionally well. Great trash can with a 10 year warranty!!!!

This is a trash can. It holds trash. It matches brushed metal appliances and for that reason they charge you a lot. The product works nicely. The soft close lid is a nice touch. And the appearance is nice too, I'm just not sure I'd ever recommend anyone to pay this much for a trash can.

Great size, great look. Ours stands in the middle of the kitchen with no shame. We owned an earlier version but this model is now even better with the long pedal. Regular bags can fit even if little tight.

This trash can is perfect in my new kitchen! The lid can be in the open position or automatically close with soft- close feature. Fingerprints don't show and the size is great.

Love this can. Actually use it for dog food. Holds a fifty pound bag of large breed food without spilling out. The finish does get a few smudges, so not totally fingerprint proof but it is minimal. All I all it is a great addition to my laundry room

Best trash can.love the lid nice and quite,closes great, Love the lock button. Would recommend it.

Works as advertised. Easy to change bag and quiet. Keeps the dog out too. Only two improvements. The lock open latch is difficult to engage if back of can is too close to wall. Can could use some sticky rubber to prevent slowly sliding into wall after opening a few times.

Quite expensive, but very nice looking. Foot pedal works well and feels sturdy. Fingerproof finish keeps it looking nice. Glad brand tall kitchen bags (13 gallon) barely fit - have to carefully stretch over edge. Lid is flimsy - flexes in when pushing the foot pedal to open the can. Lid slams unless it is opened all the way.
