The lamp is great and looks good. My only complaint is that I don't like the shade. The shade looks cheap. It seems like an open weave that is applied to a plastic shade. I would like to see it with a white linen shade, or even a white paper shade although paper would not allow the light to diffuse through.

Overall, a great lamp for the price. The side of the lamp would be great for a bedside or buffet in a dining rom.
