Shipping Methods

Most of our items ship for free, but if not, we'll be very clear about the shipping method and cost to you once you put that item in your shopping cart. In all cases, if you would like to track any item's shipping status, go to My Account. (Link opens in new window.)

We have three methods of shipment available: Small Parcel, Truck Delivery, and Premium Delivery.

Small Parcel - We'll ship smaller items using UPS or FedEx. These packages generally arrive at your door 2-5 days after they leave the warehouse.

If you have special instructions for the driver, we suggest tracking your shipment using your tracking number and leaving a note on the scheduled day of delivery for the driver. The note can instruct the driver to leave the package in a specific location (such as a front door or garage) or with a neighbor. If your delivery location has a loading dock, gate/buzzer code, or is a construction site, note those details in the "Special Instructions for the Driver?" check box during checkout.

Truck Delivery - Some items too big or heavy to ship UPS/FedEx will arrive in a delivery truck during a time when you're at home. (Don't worry - the carrier will schedule this in advance at a time convenient to you!) You are responsible for removing the item from the truck.

Premium Delivery- For certain large or fragile items, we'll make the delivery service as full of care and gentle as it should be. In the case of Premium Delivery, a trained two-person team carries your item to your home and may provide other full setup services. Like Truck Delivery, you'll pick a time in advance when you're home to accept the delivery. You can learn the exact services to expect for the item on that item's product page.

Premium delivery has four different service levels options.

Front Door Service

  • Delivery to: Inside the threshold of your residence. If you live in a home with a garage, the product will be left in your garage. If you do not have a garage, the product will be left in your front entrance. The product will not be carried up stairs. If you live in an apartment above the first floor of a building, we recommend upgrading to Gold or Platinum.
  • Assembly Service: None
  • Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.

Room of Choice

  • Delivery to: A two-man team will bring the item inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.
  • Assembly: None
  • Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.

Room of Choice with Packaging Removal

  • Delivery to: Inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.
  • Assembly Service: The shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).
  • Packaging: The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging.

Assembly Service

  • Delivery to: Inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.
  • Assembly Service: The shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).
  • Packaging: The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging.

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to love it. If you don't, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. All you need to do is visit our Self-Service Return Center for instructions. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Please note that damages and defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Click here for information and instructions on how to proceed.

Return Eligibility
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:

  • Clearance Items
  • Gift Certificates
  • Personalized Items
  • Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)

Registry/Gift Returns
No need to let the gift giver know about the return; we are happy to issue store credit equivalent to the merchandise total directly to you! To process a gift return, visit our Self-Service Return Center. You may return gifts from your Wedding or Baby Registry up to 90 days after delivery or within 90 days after your event (whichever is later).
