When I called to exchange, they informed me that I'd have to pay for the return shipping which was $186!!!!!!! Half the price of the crib! Recently I heard him crying loudly after he woke up in the morning and found him in pain with his little leg stuck a few inches over his knee, in between the crib bars. My husband and I tried everything to free him from the bars, he was crying in pain and his leg was already bruised of him trying to pull himself out. We ended up having to break one of the bars with a drill in order to get his let out. It was the worst experience ever and his let was bruised for a many days after, thankfully it was not broken or anything like that but it was a terrible experience... I do not recommend this crib.
