Sydney-based industrial designer Charles Wilson works principally with furniture, although his output covers a broad range of disciplines including civic design and domestic products. Wilson has always been involved in every stage of the design and production process. He prefers to work with drawings and scale models to develop prototypes and patterns for manufacturers. This procedure has proved to be very successful during the creation of the stunning Menu Candelabra, for which he received the Australian International Design Award in 2007.
