Welsh born industrial designer, Ross Lovegrove, is well known for his contributions to the design of the Sony Walkman and Apple computers, as well as consulting for Louis Vuitton. In November 2005, Lovegrove was honored with the world technology award by Time magazine and CNN. The essential side chair, designed by Lovegrove for Knoll in 2004, the Sprite Armless Chair was given the Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum and can be stacked 6-8 high.
