ZACK Lingo Kitchen Paper Roll Holder with Retaining Bar

The product should be redesigned with a much looser spring under the retaining bar.

I loved the look of the product on line and purchased one. I put a roll of bounty paper towel in as soon as it came and the problems immediately started. The tensor arm is way to strong strong, if I tug on a sheet the paper towel won't turn and the entire thing will tip over because it is too light. Even when I operate the thing with two hands, one holding the stand in place while I attempt to tug out a sheet of paper towel the tensor refuses to let the towel turn and my wet hands will end up ripping out a section where the paper became wet and weak. I usually have to try 3 times to get a single sheet of paper towel out. It also seems it really isn't designed for the extra large rolls of paper towels and if you put one in the towel will be flattened a bit to an oval shape exacerbating all issues named before. Just terrible, my other $20 paper towel dispenser is better designed by people who apparently actually tested the product.
