Wusthofs answer to the petty knife!

I must admit I was skeptical at first when I purchased this knife. However, if you work a line during service and don't own a 150mm petty knife, then this is the answer. Utility knives & 150mm - 180mm slicers cause knuckle drag issues for me. This knife has a good handle to cutting bored clearance. It's durable, light and takes up less space. It's also cheap, I love it!
Great chefs knife

Like all the other Wusthof knives I own, this knife cuts wonderfully. I really love it and it does a superb job chopping everything I use it on. My only complaint is that is the handle is almost too big for my small hands. But I can live with that because it does such a great job.

Great knife, good price, and good flexibility when the 8" is just too big.
I would recommend this to anyone...

I purchased this 6" Cook's Knife to go with my Wusthof set. It's clearly the knife that I use the most; I wish it came with the set that was given to me as a gift.

I do a lot of cooking, meaning I cut up a bunch of vegetables. I love how sharp this knife is and well balanced for my hand. I 'm just having to adjust to it being shorter than the chefs knife I'm used to using.
