Wenger Swiss Gear Chateau 24" Upright Suitcase in Mocha

I bought this bag in anticipation of a trip.I was planning. I have just returned from my journey and am very disappointed.. First of all the telescopic handle did not release and I had to hold on to the top of the suitcase to move it. I was unable to use a caryon because I had to handle to rest it on. There was a whole on the front of the luggage whenI got it in my hotel room. When I finally arrive d home, there was another whole in the back of the luggage. On the tag that accompanied this piece of luggage,a ten year guarantee was promoted. I do not have a phone number or email adddress to get in touch with the manufacturer. As a senior citizen using this luggage, I was very disappointed and greatly inconvenienced.
