Ok, I would have given this item five stars if not for these minor issues: very difficult to put together. I am a very petite female and have small hands, and this is not something that a man is going to have an easy time putting together. You have to reach your arms up into the bottom of the chair in order to get the screws in (there's no other way). It took me a minimum of one hour per seat because of the difficulty reaching some of the screw holes, and I put them all together by myself (with the exception of one). Also, some of the screws didn't go in very easily, and all you are given is a tiny little allen wrench. My fingers had blisters for a couple days after getting all 5 of my chairs assembled. You will need a set of pliers in order to assemble it a little easier than what their instructions call for (to manipulate the allen wrench). The furniture has a California Proposition 65 Warning sticker on it. This is not something that I would want to fall asleep on (because of risk of cancer?)-- just for brief use. Not for a pediatric waiting area-- I wouldn't want to catch my kid all over THIS furniture! BUT-- I have had countless complements on it, and as long as you are not spending long hours sitting around or sleeping in it, I don't think there's really anything to be too scared of. I was worried that the seats would not be big enough for our larger patients, but everyone has been telling me how comfortable the seats are and have been asking where they can purchase them. They are low to the ground, so not ideal for elderly people with mobility issues or back issues. I could see how it may be difficult for them to get down in the chair and get up. But they are fabulous. Most of my elderly patients have been just fine, so as long as you have alternative seating for those who can't maneuver well, buy this chair. Very modern/contemporary. The taupe color is very accurate-- reminds me of a dark cement color with a hint of sage? Not a light taupe-- more of a dark taupe. I was worried not having seen the furniture with my own eyes before buying, but it was a perfect match. I am returning one chair out of 6 (only because I don't have room for it). The box that it comes in is enormous. And heavy. The chairs are very difficult to move around because of the size and weight, and the feet are metal with a tiny plastic cap on the bottom, so you can't drag them-- they will definitely scratch a wood floor. The new chairs have a VERY strong odor to them, and being in an office building, there's not much ventilation for something like this here, as our windows do not open. It took weeks for the odor to dissipate. All in all, I highly recommend.

We have several (10+) of these chairs in the lobbies of our retail stores. They are used heavily and hold up very well! The are not "small" chairs but are not really big either - compared, say, to lobby chairs you might find in a hotel or at a car dealership. We replaced four chairs after 3 years of regular, commercial use due to buttons popping off and the faux leather beginning to split and crack in heavy use areas (arms and front of seat cushion). They clean very easily and are very comfortable! Stylish and relatively inexpensive compared to other "commercial" lobby or club chairs. Must be assembled - not difficult - but when you put together 10+ at a time, your fingers will get tired - it would be a good idea to invest in a proper allen wrench.
Pros: Durable, fashionable, comfortable
Cons: Replacement parts expensive (seat cushion $50+shipping from manf.)
Great chair for the price

I bought five of these for a reception area. The look and feel is that of a much much more expensive chair.
Assembly was fairly easy. The first chair took about 45 minutes when using the included allen wrench. I found a screw driver with the same six sided shape and cut the assembly time down to 30 minutes. The chairs were very sturdy, with no wobble or rocking.
One of the chairs was missing the assembly hardware. The manufacturer is easy to contact and request missing pieces. But the time for receipt of these missing items is unknown at this time. I requested them about a week ago and haven't received them yet.
There are two issues that I easily resolved:
1. The feet leave black marks when you move the chair on a non- carpeted floor. Felt pads solved that.
2. The black material shows dust and some hand prints. I simply wiped it down with leather cleaning wipes. It removed all dirt, deepened the color, added a little shine, and has reduced further marks.

Shipping: as expected, came in 3 days...1 part from Fedex and the other from UPS within hours of each other.
Assembly: not hard at all, put it together in about an hour, very sturdy.
Look: Sharp! My condo with new wood looking tile and this couch set is exaclty what I had in mind.
Function: I don't even use the screws that you can use to permenantly hold pieces together, because I break them up all the time...put one piece on the side and the two armed ones together...and when it's time to cuddle up with the dog and watch a movie, we slip the 3rd in place and it stays together just fine.
Comfort is more than expected for $549...great nap couch!
If you are a larger person over 225lbs, you may want something different (bigger, and provides more support) to ensure you will be comfortable on your couch, but that is the only potential issue I could see with not absolutely loving it!
Elegant and professional!

The leather is more matte than it appears in the photo which is exactly what I was looking for. Very professional for our front office/lobby area. Sturdy but not so heavy that they can't be easily moved to rearrange a room. Would look great in a home as well. Shipping was crazy fast, arrived before their ETA. This item would get a 5/5 rating had they not been a nightmare to put together. Holes didn't match up and instructions were awful. However, despite the difficulty assembling them, I love them and am extremely happy with the purchase. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants their office to look very well put together!
nice table, not all white tops are alike.

I bought 2 tables to put side by side because a plain table 44x44 at room and board was more than I wanted to spend. It was super easy to put together and very clean looking and nice. 2 tables took me 20 minutes to build.
My only critique is that the shade of the white top is a little different on each table which was not a 100% perfect when bunching them. I put an over-sized tray and a bowl so it worked itself out, but it would have been nice to see consistency in product quality.
Great Chairs, But.

We ordered two of these great chairs and, yes, they are great. They are a perfect size for our space, easy to attach the frame, and they are comfortable. The only problem was 2 small slits in the sides of the backs which seemed to have been caused by the equipment that attached the tags.
Pros: If anyone has limited space, these fit perfectly. The assembly was super simple and they are comfortable to sit on.
Cons: The ONLY problem was that there was a small slit in the artificial leather on one side of BOTH chair backs. After inspection of the slits, we came to the conclussion that the slits happened when the plastic tag holder was inserted.
Look good where placed.

The look of these chairs (I bought a pair) worked perfectly where I used them. They are a good 'bridge" between some contemporary furniture that I already had and plan to keep awhile longer and other more modern pieces that I am slowly transitioning to. They are not big comfy club chairs you can curl up in. They are rather firm but that works since I have them where they will be used for conversation and the smaller scale allowed enough space to use two without being crowded.
Color was off

This is a great coffee table at a good price. It's very basic but still modern because of the chrome legs. My only issue was that the espresso color was more of a cherry which didn't fit with my espresso media center. It is a nice cherry color, though.
simple on a budget

Clean simple lines very budget friendly, the white ones are in high demand everywhere took awhile before i was able to obtain 2 of them. Simple to assemble, took only 25 mins for both. My only complaint would be that i thought the white was going to be a like a lacquer finish. It is more of a smooth matte finish with very little gloss. Other of these in the chrome white style seem to be lacquer. Would buy again. Packaging was done well as my box was damaged on the corner from the shipper. But the item and all of the components made it through unscathed.
