Desiron was founded in 1997 by Frank Carfaro and his brother and is a continuation of a rich family tradition originating in Turin, Italy, where their great-grandfather was an ironsmith. The business is continued by Frank Carfaro, president, founder and head of design who always makes sure that Desiron's products reflect clean lines which marry with rich materials and the utmost attention to detail. The renowned Darin Daybed was the exclusive piece of furniture in the Museum of Modern Art in New York and continues to be found in hotels and restaurants around the world. In Kenilworth, NJ, Desiron houses a 30,000 square foot factory which is responsible for the superb construction of all products put together by craftsmen whom are experts in their field.
