Almost Perfect This is an excellent suitcase. There are two reasons I didn't give it a full 5 stars: 1) The handle, though it telescopes in 3 sections, only locks when it is fully extended. This is uncomfortable for a short person who cannot steer it properly because it has to be pulled at a distance behind. (Not to mention being a tripping hazard to others.) 2) The interior straps which hold down one's clothing are not adjustable. Small, but pesky flaws. |

Poor Logistics of Ordering I am very happy with the product but the logistics of ordering through the website were terrible. I ordered what I thought was a green suitcase and had it shipped, again so I thought, to my work as it was a surprise for my boyfriend and did not want him to see it at home. The suitcase was shipped to my home address and was the wrong color. So his surprise birthday present was ruined as he saw the package a week before. I am very unahppy with the website's ordering but am happy with the product. |

Hope it's worth it Delta MM who has worn through a TravelPro. Didn't like the new TP series and was sold on this bag. Have taken one trip (ATL-YYZ-SNA-ATL) and it performed well. Great storage (gone 5 days including suits and still had room + expansion) and rolled very smootly. Innovative built-in luggage strap system is great but the top latch requires hooking to the handle and makes rolling uncomfortable. Pros: Smooth, easy packing, great suiter, lifetime warranty. Cons: Soft sides tend to expand so it's not fully "square" and the single handle bar makes it more likely for a briefcase/computer bag to slide off on turns. Yes, I would recommend this bag. |
