Bought this as a gift ...it was well received....and is used daily. It is a great little all purpose knife.

You'll love this knife. The thin sturdy blade does the best job for peeling apples, potatoes, etc. It's so sharp and thin that you don't waste alot in the peelings.

I bought this knife on someone's recommendation. I like the fact that it can be sharpened with a steel. Wish the handle had a little more heft to it. Otherwise it's a great knife for the money.

Very versatile. We bought this, as we've been fans of the 8" fibrox chef's knife for years and wanted steak knives, but aren't fans overall of serrated knives. This works for meat, for small dicing tomatoes, etc. My husband is particularly fond of the blade's flexibility for thin-slicing pieces from his jamon serrano leg.
