Good bed for the budget from Ontario, Canada on 05/16/2011
We bought two of these beds for our girls. They were fairly easy to assemble and they look very nice once set up. We are quite happy with them. Only one small issue is they wobble quite a bit when not anchored to the wall so that is a necessary step.I've included a picture of the two beds in our girls room. You can see how having two of them can really maximize the space in a small room (the organizers under the bed are from [...]). The room is 8 x 12 and the girls now have a large play area due to using loft beds.

Happy with this purchase from Nashville, TN on 06/02/2014 – Verified Buyer
Just received this loft bed and it is so easy to assemble that my 15 and 16 year old sons put it together themselves in about an hour. The only reason for the 4 stars is that is could be improved with these changes to design: ladder is narrow and hard to climb and also uncomfortable on your feet (I'm looking into rubber grippers to wrap around the rungs); there's no opening at the top of the ladder so you have to climb over the side to get in/out which is a bit challenging; metal rails are uncomfortable if you sleep against them (so I am going to sew a bumper to provide padding). But we still are very happy with the bed in general and I'm glad we bought it. Arrived SUPER FAST.

Loft Bed from Bellevue, WA on 08/15/2014 – Verified Buyer
This bed was fairly easy to put together. It is a little less stable than I would have liked but only using it for smaller grandkids and it fits well perpendicularly over the queen bed in the same room.

Nice loft bed for the price. I appreciated everyone's reviews that emphasized the need for wall anchors to stabilize. I haven't done that yet, and it hasn't been a problem, but believe that would give me peace of mind. The ladder is uncomfortable to climb, but my daughter hasn't complained yet...perhaps because she is smaller and lighter. I am very glad to have purchased this...it has helped with the space issue in my girls room. My husband had no complaints or difficulty assembling it in one afternoon.

We got what we wanted from Fresno, CA on 01/29/2015
This bed was easy to put together, fit perfectly over the full size bed we put underneath.Looks great in the room, and is easy for my son to climb up and down. We put it together in a little under two hours, and had everything set up a half hour later. It comes with all the tools needed to put it together, and all in all I have no complaints for it.

Questions & Answers

"Hello, Can you tell me the weight capacity for each bed? Thanks, Eddie" — Eddie
"Hi Eddie, the weight limit is 250 lbs for each bed. I hope that works for you. Thanks, the Wayfair team."
— Nate from Wayfair
"Hi, my query is about Walker Edison BTOLBL-Twin Loft Bed. There seems to be no gap in the guard rails to get in and out of the bed. Do you need to climb over?" — Mathew
"Hi Mathew, the headboard and footboard are assembled to the legs so they will need to be climbed over to get into and out of the bed."
— Jessica from Wayfair
"What's the weight limit on this bunk bed? I'm looking for it to be used by a 13-year-old for a few years." — Staci
"Hi Staci! This bed is made to hold no more than 250 pounds. I'd suggest keeping it a few more years though; these lofts are great space-savers for dorm rooms (trust me)!"
— James from Wayfair
"Hi. What kind of mattresses does this product feature?" — Nancy
"Hey Nancy. The item features a standard twin mattress only."
— Tawny from Wayfair
"Is there a certain height the ceiling has to be for this loft bed?" — Lauren
"Hi Lauren, The total height of this unit is going to be 5 1/2 feet, so your ceilings are probably going to need to be about 7-8 feet for someone to use this comfortably."
— Zachary from Wayfair
