He graduated in architecture in 1981 at the Politecnico of Milan, the city where he lives and works. He worked with Marco Zanuso, Angelo Mangiarotti and Bruno Munari. Several are the fields of his design research which ranges from industrial design to graphic and from architecture to installations. His works achieved several awards and mentions: "Libroletto" (designed with Bruno Munari) have been selected for the Compasso d'Oro, his broom "Titi" won the Design Plus 2000 award and his "Foglia" chair, by Novecentoundici has been selected for the Red Dot Award 2002. Recently he has taken part in 9th International Exhibition of Architecture of Venice and in the 1st Architectural Biennial of Beijing. He is now participating with his works at Torino World Design Capital 2008.
