The only bad thing about this is that water from rain or sprinklers can pool in the bottom. Maybe I should remember to close the shutters.

Excellent playhouse that lit up my sons face when he saw it! I'd recommend putting together beforehand. Pretty straightforward directions...just need a screwdriver, some serious pressure, and an hour.

This is a wonderful and sturdy toy that is just the right size for twins now a year and a half. They were as excited as we were to start playing and make cute noises of approval exclusively reserved for their favorite foods. This is high praise for these two. Thanks so much for this product. Can't wait for summer so it can be moved out doors.

Very easy assembly. Love the openness so you can keep an eye on little ones at play. All four of my grandchildren (2 boys & 2 girls from 2-6) love playing house, store or camping in this little gem:h also easy to move around.

I ordered this cottage for my 3 kids, aged 6, 4 and 1. They love it. It has two seats inside, so they have a place to sit. The built in floor is an added bonus. It comes with a play phone that is probably missing by now, but they have fun ringing the doorbell. All in all, this is a great product for the price

Fast shipment and easy assembly. My 3 year old loves it, and it big enough for my seven year old to duck in to.

This playhouse nicely replicates the details of a small house. It fits pretty well in our living room and my daughter loves it!

This product is very sturdy and durable. Wish it could have been a little bigger inside. I think it doesnt give enough space for an average size toddler to sit comfortably between the sink area. For the price though, i think it was worth it.
