I loved using this pan

This pan looks great. I just want to look at it. I got the grenadine which is a deep purple with the idea that all your cookware and appliances should be a different colour rather than monotone. 2.5qt is perfect for 1 or 2 serving cooking. I reserved 1 star for long term durability which you can never tell in advance. You always have to be careful with non-stick surface. It'll degrade eventually.

The black enamel finish inside this pot browns meat & carmelizes vegetables like a well seasoned cast iron pan. But, if you cook tomatoes in regular cast iron the acid will strip the seasoning from the iron and your food will taste like metal. You can use this braiser for tomatoe based dishes.
