Nice Chest Dresser
Tyler from Clinton, NY– Verified Buyer
I'm fairly happy with the dresser. It looks very nice once it's completed and didn't take as long to assemble as I originally thought it would. The instructions do suggest not to use a drill which makes putting the drawers a little difficult to put together. Also, the sliders are plastic guide sliders that you have to hammer into the drawers and sides. This was a little difficult to do. I would have preferred metal ones with wheels. Finally, one note, the instructions suggest not putting a TV or anything on the top of the dresser due to tipping risk. It's not the best quality but it is fairly inexpensive and looks very nice once it's completed. I would suggest buying it assuming you don't have any plans to put things on top or put anything too heavy in the drawers.
Product worked as expected

Very nice for the price! Took at least 2-hours to put together but the instructions were very clear. The only issue I had and why I did not give it 5-stars is one of the drawers is just a bit off, it does not close quite flush, but not a big deal. In all, the drawers close and open well and it sit level and not out of square so I am quite happy with it. Good Luck.
Nice for a guest bedroom or a Teen bedroom...
Kim from Los Angeles, CA– Verified Buyer
We bought this dresser for our teenage daughter, the look is simple and modern. The drawers are not deep but are enough for basic shirts, shorts, socks, etc. It took my husband 4 hours to put together. Not bad for assembly of a 5 drawer dresser with drawer runners that need to line up exactly to fit correctly. Hubby says to have a bottle of wood glue and some extra tools available to put this dresser together. The gray finish is nice and we had no damage to any pieces or the box upon delivery. Overall, for the price, it works.
Now that it is together, I love it.........

It was a pain to put together with 5 of us and took a long time. The instructions are almost too detailed and nothing was very organized with the packaging to find what we were looking for. The material might be pressed wood, but a good quality. The drawer slides are easy opening the drawers. It moves easy with no problem. Now that it is together, I love it.
Nice on the outside, not the best quality on inside
Shannon from Jacksonville, FL– Verified Buyer
The grey oak is very nice looking, but the parts used on the inside are not the best (not the most sturdy set up). Drawers are not as deep (on the inside) as they look in the photo.

I purchased one to go in the walk in closet and one in the room. It was easy to assemble. The directions does not call for glue but it may be best to use wood glue when putting the drawers together. The bottom started coming out of the slot.

i really like the dresser, it was easy to put together and really pretty. My only complaint is that some of the materials are cheap looking, I didn't realize that the large piece of folded cardboard material was actually the back of the dresser until after I'd already thrown it away.

Read the dimensions! I read the width and height but didn't divide by 5 to realize how shallow the drawers are. It took me 3 hrs to put together. I read directions. The front panel on the bottom only snaps in. Very weird. I may buy L joints and permanetly attach it. The drawer tracks are made of plastic, not sure how long they will last. For our 3yr old it works great for now.
Step One 5 drawer chest in white finish
Diane from Delaware, OH– Verified Buyer
Not a bad product for the money! I am glad I had an engineer to assemble them though. I bought three of them to remodel a walk-in closet, and they do the job I was intending. We bolted them together and also to the wall since they are light weight, relatively speaking. I am pleased with them, especially considering the price.

I love the chest! The drawers glide smoothly. It looks great and is very functional. Definitely a good buy. If you plan on purchasing with the nightstand then put the nightstand (you can find my review there) together first and it will make putting this together easier.
