Ended Up Throwing Out The Drawer from Greensboro, NC on 01/23/2015 – Verified Buyer
As far as assembly, steps 1-3 were fairly straightforward. After about an hour and a half I was able to put the base, sides and top together. It only took so long because I had to take apart one side after the other to flip the base or top around since the picture illustrations showed one thing, but after assembly it was the exact opposite. The screws (round head) were a nightmare to work with. You seriously need a powerdrill to screw these in, BUT the instructions tell you to not use one. Piece N this is the base footing was a completely different color than the rest of the nightstand. Luckily since this part faces the backside, I began to not care so much. The drawer. What I struggled with most on the drawer was piece T and how you are supposed to screw in 2 screws on each side into piece S and S1. There is absolutely no way to actually screw these in. You try to screw them in on one side and they pretty much jimmy back and forth between the pieces. Plus this entire somewhat constructed drawer is not stable since you have the bottom slot in place. There was seriously no way to assemble this drawer. After another 45 minutes of trying to put this together, I came to the conclusion the drawer just wasn't worth all the effort, so I threw it away. I removed the plastic tracks from the inside of the nightstand and am keeping it open. I may invest in some metal pegs and measure out a shelf to install.

Looks great, ridiculously complicated to assemble from Elk Grove, CA on 01/07/2015 – Verified Buyer
I withheld a star from my review only because this nightstand took me waaaaay longer to assemble than it should have. I'm pretty handy and can follow even convoluted directions well, and this thing was a nightmare to put together. I'm totally happy with the way it looks, though. I bought 2 more nightstands in a different color for our master bedroom and the dresser version for our master as well (this nightstand was for our guest room) at the same time I bought this one, and now I'm absolutely DREADING putting them all together, as it will probably take me an entire day. Ugh.

Seems durable... from TX on 12/21/2014 – Verified Buyer
I purchased this end table to go in my 5 year old son's room. I got it on sale for an amazing price and my expectations for this product were not high. It was a little tricky for my husband to assemble and there seem to be more cons than pros with this item. All and all, it has been a good little table for my four year old and the price was unbeatable. Pros: -Solid, heavy, fairly durable. - Great Price. -Perfect size. Cons: - While the drawer is fully functional, it does not "glide" as stated. (at least mine does not) It more so, reluctantly slides in and out with a little force. - The laminate top has mostly peeled off now. I am attributing this to a 4 yr old's knack for destroying all things stationary. My husband has painted the very pale particleboard under the laminate to match the dark espresso color. This made it less obvious. - As particleboard tends to do, there are several small chips along the edges of the table. Nothing drastic.

Great Nightstand from South Milwaukee, WI on 09/22/2013 – Verified Buyer
Sturdy, great little night stand. It's relatively easy to put together, I did it by myself in about 45 minutes, some of the instructions could be clearer so you know what side of the wood should be facing out, but if you pay attention to what makes sense instead of just following the instructions it's easy enough. The drawer itself is nice, and slides easily even with the plastic track that comes with it. They are wider and lower than I thought, but I didn't really pay attention to the measurements.

Great Product (: from Mount Airy, MD on 07/18/2015 – Verified Buyer
Its holding up very nice compared to the other products in the set. Drawers are kind of flimsy. But i would buy it again. We got this for our first apartment (as a temporary night stand) with plans to upgrade within a year. We might keep it a little longer though. It looks identical to the picture, very happy with this night stand.
