This kind of misrepresentation creates a lack of trust in the product listing and the company overall. Accurate product representation is critical, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations. However, I want to take a moment to commend the incredible representative who resolved my issue, an absolute standout in customer service. From the moment she (Cadence) stepped in her professionalism, empathy, and efficiency turned a frustrating situation into a genuinely positive experience.
