Safety 1st Complete Air 65 LX Convertible Car Seat
Good looking and super safe

The only thing I would advise is that this would not fit in a small car very well. It was easy to install rear-facing with the latch system, but it seems it would be a pain if using the seatbelt.
Pleased with my purchase

I spent hours and hours over the course of a few weeks contemplating which convertable seat to get. I consulted with online carseat groups that know the ins and outs of all seats on the market. This was one of the top recommended seats because of its tall shell that will accomodate children longer than short-shelled seats like Britax. In the end, I chose this one because it would look best in my vehicle with tan leather seats (not into the gaudy colors and patterns on many seats). It is a very nice seat in both form and function. Easy to get my child in and out of, though the seat sits a little high and I have to watch to not bump my child's head on the top of the vehicle. The way the latch is designed makes it difficult to install the seat tightly....the only place to push on the latch to snap it in is on the release button itself, which is not conducive to getting it installed correctly. After struggling with it for several minutes and breaking a sweat, I finally got it installed tight enough. I will not be moving this seat in and out of other vehicles for this reason if I can help it. I think it is a very safe seat and appreciate the air bolsters at the head position. Overall, I am very happy with the seat and would recommend it to anyone.
good car seat

We are using it rear facing and in our Rav4 it requires a big rolled towel to get a comfortable tilt for our 1 yr old. Without towel because of seat slant, she was very slumped over. It is also a bit difficult to tighten the strap using the tether because it is low on the chair and close to the cars benchseat. But Im sure forward facing it wont be an issue. All convertibles might be this way, I just know on our infant seat it wasnt an issue because the pull strap was very high.
Great Car Seat, light weight and stylish.

This is my second purchase already. The seat cover is removable and can be machine washed. It is easy to install and easy to carry.
