Not a salad spinner, just a pretty bowl

This is one of the most disappointing kitchen purchases I have ever made! I have an upscale kitchen and love to cook. I was excited to see a stainless steel salad spinner on the market and purchased it. My excitement was short lived! I used it 3 times and the string no longer works. I had no idea this product had a 3 spin limit! Poor functioning product

Not for a guy

This is my fourth salad spinner. I bought this one because it was apparently durable. This one lasted the shortest amount of time and was the most expensive. The pull cord no longer retracts. I now have a nice stainless steel bowl with a cover that doesn't spin salad. This spinner could possibly work for someone who does not need to spin a lot of salad and has a lot of patience and exactness when operating pull cord.
