I love this pan. During the winter I love nothing better than a breakfast of Creamed Eggs on Toast. With a silicone whisk, making sauces is a snap in this little beauty and pour right out easily.
Good Idea but...

Would like to see the drippour spout on both sides to accommodate both left and right handers. With the idea that the oval shape is saving space and enables you to make use of other large burners on stovetop, this becomes a safety hazard because the handle has to stick out to the front of the stove. Having the handle on shortersmall end of pan seems a bit safer. However, in general, I do like the way this pan cooks and how easily is cleans. Its a nice pan and the variety of colors is great too. Wanted to give 5 stars but the design held me back.
