Should have done my homework

This is made of bonded leather which is quite different from top grain leather. Bonded leather is a process by which leather scraps are bonded together with glue and put on a fabric backing. This means that repairs are next to impossible and the white color has been chipping off in places : ( We've had this set for 1 1/2 years and it looks like we've had it for 100. There are just straps holding the seat cushions. These straps are stapled into the wood frame and pop out every so often. Do yourselves a favor and spring for a top grain leather couch or a pleather couch.
Better quality than I initially thought
Christine from Leesburg, VA– Verified Buyer
This couch is better quality than I initially thought. I purchased it as furniture that won't last long, but I am pleased that it is comfy and better quality than I initially thought! The delivery guys had a hard time assembling it, since it was quite a few pieces when it arrived. If I had knows it came delivered in pieces, I would have assembled it myself!

The cushions do not line up. Makes the couch look tacky cheap. It's a shame because the leather is soft and color is delightful. I'm waiting for a replacement couch. Returns take forever :(

Perfect choice if you don't mind bonded leather and don't want to spend $$$ for genuine leather. Very comfortable, modern look and good quality. Applied a protective coat (Guardsman) for more durability and easy cleaning.
Mohammad from Seattle, WA
This looks great - the bonded leather is also of good quality, but the cushion may sink over time. Also, Mor Furniture at Kent WA had it for $599 during the 4th of July sale.
Nice sectional, except the supports
Robert from Massachusets– Verified Buyer
The wood supports were pretty weak. One of them has already broken. Your company helped and gave us credit. We were able to fix them. I would give the rest of the sectional a 5 star rating. But because of the supports being weak, I gave it a lower rating.
