We bought this to replace another outdated flushmount. It looks great (and went up easy) but the light flickers when you turn it on. Not exactly what we were expecting...
Pretty Face but Not the Brightest

I purchased this fixture for my daughter's new walk-in closet. She was looking for something modern. It is very attractive, although the satin nickel is duller than I expected -- looks like steel. As I don't have experience with energy efficient lighting, I was disappointed to find out that (1) there's a time lag between flipping the wall switch and the fixture illuminating (and it blinks as it comes on which is hard on the eyes when you are entering a dark space; (2) the G13 bulb is quite dim compared to incandescent light. It's like being in Twilight (without Edward).
