LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this mat! I would give it 10 stars if I could. This mat does it's job well. Stays put on the coutertop, almost non-stick, cealns up easily, very durable. Can't find anything I don't like about it. So far above any other mat I have owned. |

Helpful Equipment for an avid baker I received this item as a gift. I am an avid baker, with homemade pie being a specialty. The roll'pat is a nice item for anyone who does any rolling of pastry or dough. Although unfortunately, it has not demonstrated a completely non-stick characteristic when I have used it (I still have to dust the roll'pat with flour before working on it), it is easy to clean up with soap and water. It also makes a nice surface to roll doughs and pastries evenly. |

just as good as they said it would be. My husband has perfected his pizza sauce and with this mat, I've perfected the dough. Love not having to use any flour. Mat works great without it and clean-up is such a cinch. Haven't tried chocolate or candy, but works great with every dough I've done. Searched for the perfect pastry mat. When I found this one, I searched for the best price and got here. Great site to order from. Great pastry mat. |

Absolute Necessity! At last, I can transfer pie dough from the prep surface into the pan, in one piece! Bread dough releases itself after being shaped into a perfect round loaf. This mat is easily cleaned and stored. How did I ever live without it? |
