POLYWOOD® Long Island Adirondack Rocking Chair
JoAnn from Hull, MA– Verified Buyer
This looks great, but doesn't feel very sturdy. It's definitely not the "curl into and watch the sunset" adirondack I was expecting, but it will do for my purposes. It DEFINITELY looks plastic... even moreso than those ones they sell for $19.99 at the entrances of grocery stores/home improvement stores!
Beautiful and comfortable

These rocking chairs are so comfortable and look great on my front porch! They were easy to put together without any assistance. I ordered the black, which is a muted shade of black (not too harsh). This gives the chairs a beautiful rustic look.
Perfect for the porch

This is a very sturdy rocking chair and relatively easy to put together, but it helps to have 2 people. I like the material since ours is used outdoors, full exposure to the elements, and I appreciate the wide range of colours available. I do wish the hardware was hidden a bit better, particularly under the armrests.

The chairs look great on our beach house porch. We will not have to replace them because of the quality of the material. Easy to put together.

This rocker is very comfortable and very well made. We love it!

I purchased two of these chairs. I am pleased with the quality and they were fiairly easy to assemble. I did expect that the seat and back itself would be wider. These dimensions should be included in the description. Fortunately, we are not "wide" people and it's not a problem.
Not the most comfortable/Assembly directions lacking
Doug from Hamburg, NJ– Verified Buyer
Had higher hopes at this price point. The quality of the chair is glood, but comfort was not their first concern when designing it. Assembly instructions were apparently written by two different people who didn't work together, making it difficult to follow and required some guesswork as to which fastner or bolt to use sometimes. Parts list was identified with an "a,b,c,d..." for each item with a metric description, however the step-by-step directions made no use of the list identifiers and referenced the parts in "english/american" sizes. Luckily, I've had plenty of experience with the "put-together" furniture, so was able to eventually figure it out. Looks pretty good on the patio, now if only I enjoyed actually sitting in it.
Assembly and colors

These require assembly once they arrive! We've ordered two sets. The first in lime green and we ordered the second in lime green but what arrived is forest green. There is a lack inconsistency. We are also learning having a sales rep or account manager doesn't mean much because every week we are passed along to a new one. It's as if we were only supposed to be one time customers and the more we keep ordering the worse the service and shipping get. If we want to use this company on a regular basis beware!!

Solid construction. The slate grey is a very good match for my son's deck.
