Satisfied Customer Product arrived timely & not hard to put together. Purchased because of looks - dog didn't like at 1st. Think it was cuz no screen windows like her old canvas one or it's bigger. I leave the door off and now she loves it! |

Clean nice look We love the look of it. Our dog is just getting used to it. She is used to a more cave like unit and is still adjusting. I also think that she is at the top end of a "medium" residence and I probably should have ordered a large. |

excellent; assembly is tricky Great pet case. Huge improvement over the standard plastic kennel that resides in our bedroom. The top acts as a newspaper holder for the week and overall looks SO much better than what we had before. The side load works so well in the space and doesn't jut out into the walk area. The one draw back is the assembly is a little tricky. But worth it. |

Looks great...pups Love it! These crates look great in our Master bedroom. The only surprise was that the "wicker" top has quite a bit of give to it and will not support items of any weight, such as a humidifier. Not a deal breaker, though. |
