I was recently helping my dad find a new bed. The first bed we ordered from Wayfair he didn't care for. He thought it flimsy and not well made, he wanted to return it. The customer service team at Wayfair was great about us wanting to return the bed and incredibly helpful about helping me figure out which bed would be a better fit. They emailed, spoke to me on the phone, sent me links of various beds. When we finally settled on another bed they gave us the full credit for the first bed, none of that restocking fee nonsense, they actually offered a credit by way of apology for the first snafu. Even though this bed didn't come with an installation option they added that anyway, FREE OF CHARGE!! Once the second bed was delivered they followed up via email to make sure everything was ok. My dad is now very happy with his new bed and I am incredibly pleased with the customer service at Wayfair.com. They turned what could have been a very unpleasant experience into a positive one and I won't ever hesitate to order anything from them. Thanks Wayfair!
