Modern Cat Designs Tall Modern Cat Condo

I just received my Modern Cat Design Tall Modern Cat Condo Chocolate, and well I hesitate to put it together until I talk with a rep from that company, I expected for the price better quality fabrication of the metalchrome part of the structure. The one I received looks like its been used and recycled and sent to me. Theres scuff marksworn dirty looking areas all over it in very visible areas. And the poles are not smooth but have alot of rough places. Ill wait and see what they say as to whether I keep it.

I love contemporary things and this looks really cool. However, I guess cats want practical. Its hard for my cats to get to the top unit because the opening is so small. I had to unhook one of the side pieces to make the opening bigger. I guess its not too comfortable because they use a cheaper carpeted cat condo more. The quality is great, but I honestly dont think it should be priced more than 200.
