Majestic Pet 76" Bungalow Sherpa Cat Tree

My cat likes it and she likes chewing on the rope and playing with the mouse hanging. However, she didn't really care for the hammock. It does take up a lot of space and the material aren't as nice as the ones at the pet store. As long as my cat likes it, I can overlook the quality of the fabric.

This tree is HEAVY. Solid workmanship and better than I expected for the price. I got it for my two kittens but it is a big enough piece that I believe full grown, even heavier cats, could use it. The instructions for assembly are simply drawings with numbers, but I found them easy to follow by laying all of the pieces out according to size. The screws really only fit into the places where they are meant to go. The reason I gave 4 stars is because of the smell. The box says right on it that there is formaldehyde used in the product and you can smell it on the tree.

My cat loves it, but it was a nightmare to put together myself. The system was kinda cheesy. The two towers woble. And the directions were just a simple diagram but confusing. It does have a chemical smell to it as well, probably from the fiberboard used. Im hoping its not toxic. I would recomend to a friend if these minor details dont bother them because the kiitty loves it.

It took my friend about 15 minutes to put this together and my cat Sami-Samir immediately took his new condo...and so did the 2 neighbor cats. The hammock is just a holder of cat toys. I think only kittens would like a hammock. None of the adult cats that visit have an interest. Vacuumed the condo for the first time since getting it and it looks like new! I highly recommend this condo for the price, durability and overall look.

Beautiful product for a great price, have 2 friends that are ordering them for their cats. Thanks for such a great experience in my purchase. It's sometimes hard to see what things look like but it was exactly as the picture.

My cats love this tree! The only problem was with the instructions. There are no words...only pictures and they aren't very clear. If there were written instructions, it would have been easier to assemble.

This is the perfect cat tree for my two cats. It is very high, and they love being able to see out the window from it, and also see most of the apartment. The top perch is very cushy and soft; I didn't realize it until I reached in to pet my cat. One of them is always in the top perch or in the covered house part. I can't get them to try the hammock, but that's okay, they absolutely love and get a lot of use from this cat tree.

My cat loved the high perch right away and the two toys are great fun for her. I think this is a great place for her to scratch and play all she wants.
