Great product!!! My two kittens love the product. The only reason that it got 4 stars and not 5 is the Fur and the instructions. The Faux Fur is slippery! The kittens wiped out a couple of times but learned quick enough. Product is sturdy: Even with two kittens the cat tree doesn't budge. Easy to put together. My fiancee and I put it together in about 30-45min even with the primitive instructions We love the design of the cat tree! the picture doesn't do it justice!!! It is a beautiful sturdy product, that most importantly my cats love!!

Delivery was VERY late!! But in their defense: that was during one of the worst snow storms in the last twenty years and it traveled across the US.

Product was a little delayed in delivery. Product quality was disappointing. Bottom platform had stains that are still visible after assembly. Too bulky/costly of an item to return, and did not want to wait for processing and a new item to be shipped.

Our fat lazy cat uses this. It took a little while for him to warm up to it, but hes on there all the time now. He really loves the Cubby in the center.

It took a few weeks for my cats to warm up to it, but now they've taken to it. The top perch and the round condo are their favorites. The dangle toy lasted about a day but I've wrapped other toys on strings around the posts and they enjoy those. The best part to me is that the fabric doesn't shred and shed like carpet-covered trees. But the instructions had an error, the ladder and ramp were very hard to attach, the ring and nest are useless (little kittens might enjoy them but they're not big enough for adult cats), and the flat areas aren't large enough for adult cats to lounge. I'm not sorry I got it, but next time I'll pay more attention to dimensions.

It arrived sooner than I expected, which was great. But the box was huge--I don't know why I expected a flat pack but I wasn't prepared for the huge square box I had to wrestle into the house--badly banged up, and fell apart during the struggle to get it inside. Fortunately, the contents were fine.
