Our cat Maggie, LOVES this. It is a bit hard to put together, but once its up, it is very sturdy and doesnt rock around like some of the othr top heavy models. The levels are tiered well, so they can easily get to the top level as well. We are buying another one for our winter home now that we know how much she likes it.

Delivery was within one week and all parts were there.

Have had it for 3 weeks now and cats dont use it. I'm wondering if they dont like the faux fur and that I should have gotten one with carpet. Wish I could exchange it.

Although my cat LOVES this cat tree, the cost does not reflect the quality. The sherpa is coming off as of the 3rd day of use, the cubby is tearing down and will have to be shored up with wood or something of the like. I love the idea behind the product, if only they had used semi-quality parts, it would have been worth it. But all I see in the future is finding ways to keep it together... a shame.
