Majestic Pet 52" Bungalow Sherpa Cat Tree

I have two cats, 4 & 3 y.o. and they both took to this product immediately. The younger, smaller one loves the top perch, and her larger friend likes teasing her from the level below. The assembly was easy and quick. Great value for the price.

The cats love it and so do I. It was easy to put together and fits nicely in the space I had to use. It is good looking and functional. It doesn't get much better than that.

I love this item! took around 10 mins to put together, Cat's loved it right away! They lounge on it every day!

Cat started to like tree after a few weeks. Only minus, upper shelf is a bit shaky and hanging toy came off fast. Other then that, its a nice cat tree.

I bought the cat tree for my lone cat Asher so that he would be occupied while I'm gone at school. Asher does use it to play and scratch. It takes some of his attention away from the furniture. Set up was easy and took about 40 minutes. Only thing that is questionable is how it sways a little when he goes to the very top, so I'm thinking of putting a 10 pound weight on the bottom. Overall great purchase and price.

I have 2 cats, one 14 and one 7 yrs. Both used my old cat tree (I got used) constantly that lasted 7 yrs until it was too old. This cat tree is flimsy and is ripped apart in just a month. Two levels are one on top of the other and the cats can't progress up or down - they have to jump on something else to then jump on the top. I wish I would've saved my money and forked a few more dollars out for a sturdy one at the pet store. I had to put 30lbs of dumbbells on the base to keep it from tipping over when they jump on it.

CAT LOVES RUNNING FROM OUT OF NOWHERE TO CLIMB STRAIGHT UP TO TOP PERCH. TOP PERCH HEIGHT IS JUST RIGHT FOR NORMAL HEIGHT ADULT TO PET AND PLAY WITH CAT. THIS WAS ON REASON I GOT 52" TREE. BASE IS STABLE COMPARED TO OTHER VERSIONS. I GOT FAUX SHEEPSKIN COLOR TO MATCH ANY ROOM I PUT IT IN. ALL AROUND GOOD PURCHASE.

This is a great product- not overly gaudy like many cat trees, and nice design and colors won't mess up the look of a room. I bought it for my only cat (indoor only) to get a better view out of high windows, and she's always on it. She loves to sleep on the highest platform at night too. My only complaint is that it's difficult to clean; the thing is covered with her fur and I haven't found an easy way to get it off. Other than that, highly recommended.

This is a wonderful cat tree. Unfortunately, the instructions had incorrect information. The parts list was incorrect (bad quantities) and it was difficult to discern platform sizes visually. If you are careful during assembly you should have little trouble, but don't over-tighten anything without being sure of it's position. Overall, this was a nice purchase. My cat loves it and, although I have only cat fur as proof, she's been all over it - inside the hole, too! I thought, once I unwrapped the packaging, that my medium-sized cat would never stick her body inside the condo area (or whatever it's called), but she loves it. You may want to consider purchasing a set of four adjustable screw-in feet if you plan on using this tree on an uneven floor (e.g., basement).
