Disappointing! The picture of the Sherpa Cat Tree is deceiving. The 3 levels are actually positioned evenly on their ends, which doesn't allow space for our cats to turn & climb from 1 level to the next. Also, there isn't enough room for the cats to lay on the top platform outside the enclosure. They can only use this Cat Tree as a scratching post. |

Love the unusual style. Product Review Cute condo, but cheaply made. Sherpa material isn't glued down to all the boards. Won't hold up very long. Service Review Fast delivery. |

A Jip Cheaply made,. would not even hold kittens. Screw pulled out first time a 6 week old kitten jumped on it. I feel as though I was scammed. Will never buy from this supplier again. |

My Cat LOVES This! My cat is 8 now and has never had a cat tree to climb, but after putting this together for her she LOVES it! She's slept and played on each level and has a good time snuggling into the curved platforms. The tree is very sturdy and looks great in our living room. The only thing I'd like to see improved are the directions. None of the pieces were labeled with letters, meanwhile the directions gave every piece a letter. It became a puzzle to figure out which drawing represented which piece. Definitely needed the picture on this site to help me out. |

Sturdy and fun design This cat tree is just tall enough, but sturdy so that it won't wobble. My cats especially love laying on the top roof. |

poor design Product Review I ordered this as a 2nd kitty condo for my 2 8 month old kittens. They love the original condo but it is large and I wanted a second, smaller condo for them. There seems to be a basic design flaw in this vertical structure. The kittens have a difficult time getting on and off the condo. They have also fallen several times trying to maneuver within the levels of the condo. I have placed a chair next to the condo to see if that helps solve some of the problems. I would not recommend this product. Service Review no issues |

No Assembly Instructions Very difficult design for older cats. It's difficult for them to climb to the upper shelf. No assembly instructions makes it difficult to put together. It took us 3 tries to get it to look like the picture. I placed it next to the window to make it more interesting and useful for our cats. We have older cats and they aren't showing any interest in it at all. I've put them on it in the various levels and when they were put on the top level, the design is so poor they couldn't figure out how to get back down so they jumped to a chair 3 feet away. They went back to using their old smaller cat tree. Very discouraged with this product. |

Purrrrfect I ordered this because I was adding a kitten to my family. This piece of "furniture" allows all three of my cats to get exercise, work their claws, play together, and nap in their choice of locations. I needed a power drill to put the screws in the upright posts but, all in all, it was very simple to put together. I was amazed at the small box it came in. This is a well thought out cat tree and I will definitely be ordering another one in the future. |
