A Great product at a very resonable price. Super easy to put together....and the only problem I had was keeping my nosey cat away til I finished! I keep the tree in an enclosed patio where she(the cat) sits on the top platform and surveys the entire back yard looking for squirrels, birds, other cats and anything else that moves. I highly recommend this product ....Thank you!

The only negative comment is my cat loves boxes, however, I found the holes in the condo quite large and the cat tends not to use the bottom area. Overall, however, he loves the toy, uses the scratch posts and loves to sleep on top.

I was kept informed when there was a short delay in delivery, but it was received when promised.

At first the cat was not interested. It is a little small for a big cat and not enough room for her to use the poles. she likes sitting on it.

The top landing is the perfect height for my cat to look out the window, and he likes hiding in the bottom section as well. He destroyed the little mouse on a string after a couple days, but I've attached another toy to the string. The base is slightly wobbly, but my 12 lb. cat doesn't seem to notice. He can't jump up to the top landing - instead he uses the windowsill as a stair step from the second landing. I wish he'd use the scratching posts more, but I think I need to keep training him to do that.

This cat condo is perfect for my cat however, I had to have the top platform cut as it was too large over the middle one and did not allow my cat to easily move from platform to platform. (the angle was too tight) But now, with the top layer at 9" square instead of the original 14" the transitional step is easier for the cat to navigate. Other than that, she loves to scratch the posts, lie on the platforms and look out the window as she enjoys being up higher to see more. Oh, she also chewed off the string with the mouse toy but that's because she's a chewer and not a design flaw!

Our cat loves the tree but it is a little wobbly. She tipped it over once so far. Needs a larger base. My husband will remedy that.
