Little Tikes Deluxe Home and Garden Playhouse
Angela from Southern CA– Verified Buyer
My 1 year old niece and 3 year old nephew fell in love with this playhouse as soon as we had it assembled. Assembly required some muscle and patience, however. The plastic walls where the screws would hold the roof on had no holes to screw into, but only a round indentation in the very hard plastic. Luckily, my husband was there (I could not have done it myself). I am not sure if this was a defect or done on purpose, but you might need a drill when you assemble this. When all done, it was worth the effort because it seems very sturdy and the kids do love it. The only disappointment with the finished product is the mailbox: it has a front door that opens and closes but, strangely, it has no back.

I bought this for my daughter's second birthday - she LOVES it. Because we live in a small condo the only place for this is on the porch, it works great, she can play outside even if it is raining, as the porch is covered. She put one of her small plastic chairs inside the house and she will sit there playing with her dolls. She loves the sand/water table (which was the real selling point over other playhouses), a neighbor's girl came over to play and they stayed in the playhouse or played with the sand for over two hours straight. The neighbor didn't want to leave when her parents came to pick her up. She loves getting her own "mail" too. I will put a small card or book (paperback coloring books fit great) in the mailbox for her to find.

Bought this for my 2 year old and she loves it. Was easy to put together. Only complaint would be I wish there was a latch for the mailbox down to stay close. Other than that love it

Bought as gift and it is perfect and being enjoyed by the family's small children, I would buy it again!

Very cute! Water table leaves a bit to be desired but nice to have in the piece. It's hard to drain without tipping the whole house over to get the water out. But all in all my daughter loves it and it has a lot of cute features to play with!

The kids love it. I love that I can totally see what they're doing in it.
Nice quality playhouse
Danielle from Florida
It really is a nice quality playhouse. There are 2 things that bother me. 1st, the cover doesn't stay on the sand area. If the top had a way that it could latch better that would be helpful. I use a bungee to hold it down. 2nd, the little fence once in a while pops out. Otherwise, I really do like the playhouse and so does my child.
