Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron Skillet

I love it. I miscalculated on size. I should of gotten the 8. I will get the 8 one next time. I use it for scrambled eggs every morning. Be sure to use hot holder on handle, it gets very hot.

Works wonderfully for just one! Very high quality and the cooking results are perfect if I do my part! East clean up too!

I was happy to recieve this pan before Christmas. It is much nicer than any other cast iron pans that I have used in the past, however, due to the enameling, there are additional care and use precautions. I will have to be more careful when using.
