I have procrastinated purchasing this table for a few months. The photo made it appealing and I love the unusual style of it. It came quickly and well packaged. I gave it 4 stars for a couple reasons. One: the metal is rolled steel, not cast iron. The welding is of fair quality, lots of rough areas and the seams were not ground. The mechanism is well constructed and rolls up and down smoothly. There are plastic bumpers on the curled feet that will protect floors but could probably be removed, if desired. I'm very pleased with the table, over all. I plan to leave it on the outside deck to rust a bit and then seal with a clear protection to maintain a more vintage look. The 20" top is quite small and I will purchase a 30" piece of glass to expand it a bit more. I probably would have liked the 30" better but it will work fine for it's purpose.
Worth every penny!

I thought about buying this table for months and months. $280 is a lot to spend on just a table for this single mom even though at this price it's still less than half of what the other retailers are selling it for. I am so happy I finally broke down and bought it. It is so much better in person that the picture. I swear I squeeled like a little girl when I pulled it out of the box. It comes completely put together. I will say that I am disapointed with the top, but I bought it knowing I would alter it in my own way. I've already gone to the big box hardware store and bought a scraper, stain, and a premade "round" to make my own distressed wood table top.
The coolest table ever!

Everybody asks where we got it. It holds my heavy 24" round granite slab easily. Just wish it cranked all the way up to 45" bar height. But I found that I can get just as drunk at 36". I was going to glue on the granite slab on top but it is too heavy for me to move all together. We move it from inside to out by the pool for parties. You will love it! On second thought don't get it. I don't want anyone elses house looking as nice as mine!
Great end table

Super easy to put together- took maybe a minute to screw the top on and no tools required. I really like the functionality of it- it works well and goes up and down smoothly and easily. The piece was delivered on time and the box was partially damaged but nothing wrong with the table. This could have been a 5 star rating and I'm probably over critical, especially considering the price, but I wasn't crazy about the finish. Parts of the base look spray painted. I have it sitting between a couch and lover seat though so works really well. I'm very pleased overall.
Really happy with this table!

The table was not in stock when we first found it on the website. Requested and were notified when it was available again. We've been looking for this style of table at other retailers but their prices are more than we wanted to spend. This table is a great deal, nice matte finish, it is a bit rough in spots but the style is industrial so something I would expect. It was packaged very well! Very heavy. And the crank works!!
I like it, but not exactly as pictured, ok quality

The table top is not brown (which I thought was wood) but black painted metal. It came with a ding (that you could barely see) in the top and a few scrapes of the paint around the edge of the tables. The price was lower than similar tables from other vendors. The issues I found were minor (at least to me.) The crank work well and the table is very sturdy. I feel this is a decent quality piece at a good price.
looks great...ok build

We bought this table to fill in a "Steampunk" bar...and it looks a lot more expensive that it was. This is NOT the cheapest of this style table...and overall it is pretty good. The construction is sturdy and the top is lightweight metal but too flimsy. The crank lift does not work very well, the gears do not line-up and the so the lift does not work. We are not going to use this aspect of the table so we modified the lift and secured it a specific height...
Fantastic addition to my home!

I bought two of these as side tables for my living room. The room is a mish-mosh of contemporary, antiques, woods, fabrics, etc. These two tables fit right in. They are well-made, heavy (so my cats can't tip them or knock them over), nicely adjustable and uniformly painted black. They were also the best price on the internet.
**OMG love this table***

I have a thick round glass laying over this table and cranked it up to the highest level for a breakfast room and it looks fab! I also have a matching floor lamp that is iron and makes this duo pair perfectly.
Great industrial look accent table

This is the second of this table that I have purchased. It is heavy, it has the look of an old authentic industrial piece of furniture and the best part is that the crank works very smoothly to adjust the height. The top finish simply does not scratch. It is a wonderful accent piece !
