Kalorik 4 Slice Toaster

I've had this toaster for over a week and use it everyday. It looks good, is well made, but I have found that it doesn't always heat bread, or even frozen waffles that evenly or quickly. It gets more points for size and style than function.

I rated this product as ordinary since it is, after all, just a toaster and it is a bit fussy (read on). With the primary function being that of simply heating bread I wouldn't say it dazzles or disappoints in this respect -- it heats bread just as one would expect. It's definitely sexy in it's looks but probably not for those who prefer their toast on the darker side. Setting the browning dial to 4 (max. is 6) results in only lightly browned toast though, admittedly, I've never cranked it all the way over to prove this out. And the one we received has a little glitch in that the left side lift does not stay engaged unless the right side is as well. This is not a problem in our case as the toaster has been positioned on our counter in a way that makes the right side the most accessible, but it would be nothing short of a nuisance otherwise and probably would have warranted a return/exchange if its location in our kitchen were different.

My family loves this toaster, it adjusts to fit bagals, thick bread, pancakes etc. Don't hesitate,, just buy it..This store has the lowest price
