Jennifer Delonge United States Jennifer DeLonge is an acclaimed interior designer, furniture designer and entrepreneur best known as a tastemaker in the modern family design movement. Pros and Cons We ordered this chair in May of 2012, we received it in October. I ordered this chair because it is a recliner that does not look like one so a great compromise for my husband and I. I also wanted to have a recliner for recovery from some upcoming surgeries where I would have to sleep upright. The delivery was a nightmare, delay after delay from both the manufacturer and the shipping company. It was not until I was seriously angry that everyone started to scour the corners of some warehouse and found it, it still took weeks after that date to get it but it did finally arrive. Do not count on the delivery dates stated on the website. I love the chair, the recline feature is a bit cumbersome but I like that it is hidden. It is comfortable and sleek. Now the really bad news. For some strange reason the manufacturer placed two brass studs on the back, I assume to neaten the fabric. When the chair went from the recline to fixed position the fabric ripped on both sides of the chair at the stud, an obvious stress point. Not sure what to do now, it is a good quality chair and pricier in terms of recliners but I just canâ™t face another nightmare to wait for a new one. |

LOVE LOVE LOVE I can not say enough how much we LOVE this chair. We bought this for our nursery because we had to find a compromise. My husband was very adimit on a recliner, I wanted a rocker and both of us wanted a modern, sleek design. This chair has it all! Honestly I've never loved a piece of furniture more! I wish I could upload the photo of our nursery with this chair. It's absolutely perfect. |
