Inval Double Pedestal Computer Desk

This desk seems to be pretty good value for money, but we were surprised at how small it is once you have it all assembled. Be sure to look at the dimensions and make sure it's big enough before you order. We have a hard time getting more than just a laptop and flatscreen monitor on there, certainly no room for a printer or CRT monitor. Also, the assembly is pretty elaborate, the desk comes in 30+ pieces (basically broken down to the smallest parts you can imagine) so takes a few hours to put together. One other thing we noticed is that the back of the drawer parts of the desk are a particle board finish and not the dark wood of the rest of the desk, which is fine if you plan on putting the desk against a wall but not ideal if you want the desk to be in the center of a room. Other than those points it's a pretty decent desk and the build quality is reasonable for the price.

The desk is very nice except the instructions are not easy to understand and the pre-drilled holes are not in the right place for some of the pieces. The drawers and file drawer do not line up completely. It would be nice if all the small parts were in separate bags and labeled rather than having 200 small parts in one big bag.

The product is great. The assembling was painful though. The instructions could definitely be improved and it has a ton of parts / screws!
