About ICF

Founded in 1962, ICF was the first company to distribute furniture designed by international architects to the U.S. market. This began with the work of Alvar Aalto in the '50s and continued to expand in the following decades, becoming truly international as ICF commissioned American designers to develop proprietary product in the '90s.

Today, ICF maintains its strong legacy in Scandinavian rationality and continues to pride itself in being the cultural broker between some of the best manufacturers of contract furniture in the world and the US interior designer community. ICF is located in Norwich, Connecticut.
