good little carseat

Was looking for a less expensive infant seat, since this will only be used for a few months. This one had great ratings, and even though it's only up to 22lbs, we're assuming our infant will outgrow in length before it reaches that weight. I wouldn't say this seat is perfect, but it will get the job done. My draw backs are the canopy is pretty flimsy, you really have to maneuver to put the arm back over - and if you pull too hard it dislodges itself in the back and the elastic isn't tight enough around the car seat itself. Also the car seat insert doesn't seem very secure to the seat - it's just pulled over with no extra hook/clip/band security for it to stay in place, however I don't see this a problem with an infant anyways. Overall we're pretty happy.

From then on, whatever category it entered, Graco set the standard: the firm's Pack N' Play Portable Playards, designed by Nate Saint, the son of the Swyngomatic's inventor, was introduced in 1987, and achieved the same kind of success as Graco's wind-up swings. The Pack N' Play is now found in millions of homes across North America. Graco raised the bar further when it introduced the Travel System, the first product that allowed you to quickly click a car seat into and out of a stroller, making life easier for mom and dad by allowing them to move a sleeping infant from house to automobile to stroller without waking the little one up.
Today, Graco continues its tradition of innovation, with products like the aluminum-framed Quattro Tour stroller and the Pack 'n Play SPORT which is the perfect choice for families who enjoy outdoor fun. In 1998, Graco proudly acquired Century Car Seats, combining two of the most respected brand names in baby products, and leading to innovative products like the TurboBooster youth booster car seat.
Today, Graco is a Newell Rubbermaid company, with 1500 associates worldwide. While a half-century has brought many changes to Graco, the dedication and commitment to designing and manufacturing top-quality products that inspire parents and babies alike.
