I was disappointed with this light fixture. I am very happy with the finish and the on off switch. But I am not very fond of the tilt of the end of the fixture that covers the bulb because it sort of tilts upwards so you see the bulb always. You cannot adjust The tilt of the head. The only thing you can adjust is the swing. I had wanted to use fluorescent bulbs but with the bulb now in view, it's really too bright for fluorescent. They look fine in the room but it is not exactly what I had wanted or expected.

Love these!! I bought two for over the sofa in my new office and they are great for reading and having a little more light, plus they just look cool.
A great option

Perfect reading lamps for above my bed. Purchased in satin nickel. This light has many different functional directions. Love it!!
Nice Light, Awful Mounting!

I love the look of this light, and the finish is perfect. However, if you are mounting this to a wall without a stud behind, good luck! The drywall screws they send do not fit the actual screws they send. Of course we figured this out after drilling the holes and the light is still not up! It should not take so long to put up this simple light. Just beware. One would think, for the price the mounting hardware would match up!

I bought two of these for our bedside lamps, and they're excellent. Easy to install and versitile (can either use as plug-in or hard wired). They look striking and are totally functional as bedside lamps.
Great all the way around. Thanks

This lamp was exactly what I wanted! We needed to get a wall mounted lamp to go over our desk and this was perfect. I love it!
These are handsome lights!

These are great looking lights. They are exactly what we wanted esthetically. The arm has a nice movement to it, but the lamp "head" itself does not rotate (up or down, toward or away). I imagine if we had not had dimmers installed, it would be a bummer not to be able to direct the light. We had them hard wired, but it is a nice feature that you can choose to just hang them and go or hard wire... we are happy.

Overall, I'm happy with the lamps. One small disappointment was that the photo didn't show the unattractive on/off switch - a small black rocker that looks like it belongs on a computer.
