She develops her activities in different areas, going from graphic design to editorial design, collaborating with Spanish and international companies. Interested in cultural design, especially with contemporary languages, some highlights of her work are the collaboration with Teatres de la Generalitat, the graphics used at the inaugural concerts of the Palau de Les Arts Reina Sofia of the recent image created for the Ruperto Chapi centenary. As regards textile design, her highlights are the carpet collections designed for Gandia Blasco, the Oh La La bed linen and bathroom collections for the company Atrium and the children' clothes collection designed for Rapife. Her interest in the profession extends to other fields, such as teaching. About the Manufacturer

The company GANDIA BLASCO was born in Ontinyent (Valencia) in 1941. It started with the production and manufacture of blankets, an activity that continued for 40 years with considerable success.

With the arrival of José A. Gandía-Blasco to the company, the activity began to diversify. In the early 1990s, the company started with the production of other textile products, such as carpets and bedspreads. With the help of Marisa Gallén and Sandra Figuerola, designers, the image of the make was reshaped and the first products with a strong design component were launched.

During the years to follow, the brand settled in the textile market due to the exclusiveness and innovation of the products. The success of the carpets was followed by the commercialisation of sheets, duvet covers, bedspreads, cushions, etc.

In 1996, GANDIA BLASCO launched the first outdoor furniture collection, designed by the architect Ramón Esteve with the participation of José A. Gandía-Blasco himself. It is the collection ‘Na Xemena’, which continues to be the icon of the company. The gap in the outdoor furniture market eventually took the company to focus their central activity on this branch. In 1999, as the company became the property of José A. Gandía-Blasco, the hierarchy of the firm was completely restructured. Though keeping the textile section, the garden and terrace furniture collections became the heart of the production.

GANDIA BLASCO enriches the variety and style of the products with the diverse languages of the designers working with them. Both the textile line, which is being commercialised since 2008 with the brand name GAN, and the outdoor furniture collections, are signed by prestigious professional designers, such as Jean Marie Massaud, Patricia Urquiola, Marie Mees, Marisa Gallén, Sandra Figuerola, Ramón Esteve, Odosdesign, Francesc Rifé, etc.

The company is currently represented in nearly 75 countries, by means of distribution lines or with own shops and showrooms in New York, Milan, Istanbul or Madrid, and many other cities. The company will be also represented in Puerto Rico and Palma de Mallorca soon.
