Great machine but ...

Not the best looker on the counter, but the coffee produced is top notch. Pros: - Reservoir holds enough water for 3 americanos - Quickly returns to temp after making a cup - 360 panarello wand - Dose programming Cons: - Reservoir takes a while to establish seal, so initially there is leakage - Reservoir has an overflow hole on the side opposite to water level window that was not mentioned in the manual and difficult to spot.
