Gaggia Baby Twin Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine

I've been in the market for a while for a quality espresso machine, and being a former Barista, this is a wonderful commercial machine for home use! Overall, it's just a quality unit...This is a true espresso machine, so an espresso grind of quality coffee is all that should be used, ever! :) It heats up very quickly and is pretty sensitive to touch when selecting the number of shots you want to pull. It comes with a professional portafilter and 3 different brew baskets, which was the selling point for me. The only reason i am not giving this 5 stars is because i've experienced a problem with the single shot brew basket, in that it spews coffee EVERYWHERE when used, as if it is not proprely attached to the brew head when it is!!! I've packed it properly, locked it in place, and still have not been able to determine why it's spitting extremely hot steamed water/coffee all over the place. Since i've worked in coffee before i'm primarily using the doube shot basket anyway, but i was just curious as to what the other basket would produce. Nothing that support from the manufacturer can't assist with, but other than that, 10 stars all the way! Enjoy!!!!
